5 Tips to Use DTF PET film SD30-2
- DTF printer with 2 printheads, the ink ratio needs to be below 60%.
- DTF printer with 4 printheads, the ink ratio can be 100%.
- Please peel the film within 10 seconds after heat pressing.
- It is fine to heat press one time.
- It is better with thick hot melt powder.
Important Considerations for DTF PET film SD30-2
Storage Conditions:
- Maintain relative humidity between 35-65%.
- Temperature should be kept within 10-42°C.
- Store indoors in a sealed environment, away from direct sunlight.
- The shelf life is one year.
Washing Guidelines:
- It is advisable to wash the transferred shirts separately using regular detergent and cold water.
- If any part of the image starts to peel after washing, place parchment paper over it and re-iron. Avoid ironing the transfer directly with an iron.
